Role Overview
As a vital team member, you will take independent responsibility for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of rail vehicles, ensuring their safe and dependable operation.
- Inspect and monitor vehicle systems, diagnose faults, and professionally replace assemblies and components.
- Follow clear work instructions in safety-critical environments, adhering strictly to all technical, quality, and safety standards.
- Participate regularly in training and continuing education, applying new technical knowledge and directives directly to daily tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a Mechatronics Technician or a comparable technical or industrial occupation, with some initial practical work experience.
- Enjoy hands-on, physical tasks and possess a proactive approach to work.
- Team-oriented mindset, demonstrating commitment and active involvement in collaborative projects.
- Work with precision, focus, and reliability, even under demanding or time-sensitive conditions.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts and weekends.
