Role Overview
This internship position is designed for dynamic and motivated MBA HR interns focusing on recruitment and campus engagement. The opportunity provides comprehensive experience in managing campus hiring end-to-end, supporting employer branding, and handling recruitment processes. The role involves networking, relationship management, and taking initiative in recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and liaise with colleges and universities for campus recruitment opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with college placement officers and authorities.
- Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment events, and pre-placement presentations.
- Accompany recruitment teams to colleges for placement and hiring activities as needed.
- Manage all aspects of campus recruitment events including scheduling and communication.
- Source, screen, and evaluate student profiles according to recruitment requirements.
- Maintain clear communication channels among colleges, candidates, and internal hiring teams.
- Manage recruitment tracking systems, databases, and generate hiring performance reports.
- Support initiatives related to employer branding within campus environments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale recruitment campaigns and hiring drives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM with a focus on Human Resources.
- Available for a full-time internship lasting between 6 and 12 months.
- Prepared to travel for campus recruitment activities as necessary.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Well-developed organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and broader MS Office tools.
