Role Overview

Fresha is looking for a careful and proactive Marketplace Moderator to join the Professional Services Team in Riyadh. The role focuses on working with partners to produce high-quality business images that improve marketplace profiles and meet the company’s visual standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with partners to arrange and plan photo sessions around their schedules and business requirements.
  • Visit partner locations to take professional-quality photos that reflect the atmosphere, services, and standout features of their businesses.
  • Make sure all images align with brand guidelines and meet the quality expectations for marketplace profile updates.
  • Edit and enhance photos where needed so they look polished and professional.
  • Handle image uploading, tagging, and profile updates until the photos are approved.
  • Explain the photo process to partners, set clear expectations, and help them understand the value of stronger marketplace profiles.
  • Keep clear records of visits, photo sessions, and uploads for tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure profile updates are completed on time and any image-related issues are resolved.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when selecting, capturing, and editing images against set standards.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders.
