Job Description
Shashwita Developers Private Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh to drive lead generation and promote our real estate projects. This role involves clearly communicating project specifics to potential customers, coordinating site visits, and maintaining ongoing engagement with prospects to meet targeted sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and cultivate leads to boost project awareness.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of project features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Organize site visits and maintain follow-up communications with interested parties.
- Consistently meet preset monthly sales objectives.
