At Smart Interviews, since 2016, we have empowered over 51,000 students by enhancing their problem-solving and logical thinking skills, helping them secure positions at leading companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Qualcomm, Oracle, and VISA. Founded by Amit Bansal, an IIIT-H alumnus and former Amazon and D.E. Our dedicated team of over 60 members focuses on real-world training, personalized mentorship, and continuous support aimed at preparing students for the dynamic tech industry. We emphasize providing quality education and opportunities especially to students from tier 2 and tier 3 engineering colleges.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeting lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Create and oversee engaging content for various channels including email campaigns, social media, paid advertisements, and blogs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve campaign results.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the EdTech sector and monitor competitor marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years’ marketing experience with a strong emphasis on content strategy and generating leads.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing marketing funnels that lead to conversions.
- Proficient in marketing automation software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior work experience within the EdTech industry is highly advantageous.
