Job Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Executive specializing in field operations to join our team at Metrolite Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services to healthcare institutions and building strong business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities to establish client relationships.
- Present and explain the JobYatra portal's offerings to hospital HR teams and management personnel.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and distribute relevant promotional materials.
- Maintain detailed daily reports of client visits and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales department to nurture leads and facilitate business conversions.
- Demonstrate readiness to travel frequently for field assignments.
Qualifications and Skills
