Fresheco Foods And Agro Private Limited seeks a passionate and inventive Marketing Executive based in Nagpur. This full-time, office-based position offers a chance to lead Originary's digital identity and amplify its brand visibility across various online platforms.

Key Duties

• Design and implement marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand recognition, audience engagement, and sales growth.
• Manage and expand Originary's footprint on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create compelling social media content including reels, posts, stories, promotional campaigns, and product highlights.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, product showcases, farm stories, and other brand-focused content.
• Utilize tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro for editing photos and videos.
• Innovate creative marketing concepts and translate them into engaging multimedia materials.
• Track social media analytics to evaluate success and refine content strategies continuously.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, and external marketing collaborators as needed.
• Assist with product launches, special promotions, events, and e-commerce marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of evolving social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing, branding, social media, and content production.
• Proficient knowledge of Instagram, especially Reels, and other digital platforms.
• Competence in video and photo editing is essential.
• Inventive mindset with the capacity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Effective communication and storytelling abilities.
• Self-driven with strong ownership qualities.
• Open to experimenting, learning quickly, and adapting to changes.
• Experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment & Culture

• Working hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Leave entitlement: 2 paid leaves monthly.
