Overview

Brandtalk Media is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist with an upcoming outdoor festival in Vancouver, with potential to engage in future events across the city. This role involves on-site coordination to ensure smooth event operations and effective brand activation management.

Event Details

Location: Keefer St. & Columbia St., Vancouver (onsite)
Event Dates and Hours:
- July 24, 2026: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- July 25 & 26, 2026: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: 27 dollars per hour

Responsibilities

Oversee activation activities ensuring smooth execution, including supervising brand ambassadors
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and take initiative throughout the event
Manage and resolve any on-site challenges that arise
Assist with event setup, operational tasks, and guest engagement efforts
Provide continuous updates and communication to the Brandtalk Media team

Requirements

Prior experience in event coordination, festivals, or brand activations
Excellent communication abilities and leadership qualities
Capacity to work independently with quick decision-making skills
Availability to work all event dates as scheduled

Additional Information

This role is on an on-call basis with opportunities to support further Brandtalk Media events and activations in Vancouver as they become available. Interested candidates should apply by July 16th to join the team.
