Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Specialist at Armstrong Asia is tasked with crafting and executing cohesive marketing communication strategies that elevate the company's corporate, product, and solution brands, boosting customer engagement throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and continuously improve Armstrong's overarching corporate brand communication framework to reinforce all brand facets across various geographies.
- Establish and uphold brand standards and visual identity guidelines to ensure uniformity in messaging and appearance across every customer interaction point.
- Advance brand guidelines and communication protocols to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with regional business units, technical marketing, and other departments to convert complex technical knowledge and manufacturing excellence into impactful marketing materials supporting business expansion.
- Create diversified marketing assets such as brochures, sales presentations, sample kits, videos, newsletters, application narratives, and technical content.
- Lead cohesive multi-unit communication plans for new product introductions, ensuring unified messaging.
- Design and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including managing the corporate website, improving SEO, and driving campaigns that elevate online presence and generate valuable leads globally.
- Oversee content and engagement on professional networks and digital channels to strengthen brand awareness.
- Supervise customer-facing brand environments like showrooms, trade exhibitions, online platforms, social media, and collateral to deliver consistent, appealing brand experiences.
- Engage cross-functionally with international business units and other teams to maintain consistent branding and communication practices across territories.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
- Preferably experience in B2B sectors such as industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, medical, or technology, though this is not mandatory.
- A formal qualification such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a similar field.
