Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of all-encompassing marketing strategies that align with the broader organizational goals.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email outreach, and traditional advertising mediums.
  • Oversee and refine content creation efforts for diverse marketing outlets, ensuring brand messaging remains uniform and consistent.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns, compiling frequent reports with insights to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Assist in managing budgets allocated to marketing projects, promoting optimal use of resources.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce top-quality marketing collateral and immersive experiences.
  • Help maintain and build the company's digital footprint, including website content and social media activities.
  • Contribute to organizing and executing promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Keep informed about current marketing trends and novel technologies, proposing innovative methods to boost marketing success.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing within the hospitality sector or a related field.
  • Possession of a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand management, and public relations.
  • Strong command of English for effective communication and writing; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent skills in project management and organization.
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools and software platforms.
