Role Overview
As a Marketing Agent at Harmony Profiles Ltd, you will play a vital role in expanding our business by directly engaging homeowners across different neighbourhoods. Your primary task will be to present and promote our aluminum product offerings, facilitate customer inquiries, and generate leads to assist the sales team.
Key Duties
- Perform door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighbourhoods engaging homeowners in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Provide detailed explanations about our aluminium products and clarify any customer questions.
- Arrange appointments for sales consultations following initial contact.
- Document interactions and potential leads accurately.
- Strive to achieve and surpass daily and weekly lead generation objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding company integrity and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident, outgoing personality comfortable initiating contact with potential customers.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Motivated by targets with a constructive outlook.
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting homeowners in enhancing their residences.
