The Market Director of Sales acts as a strategic leader focused on accelerating revenue growth across multiple hotels within a specific geographic market. This senior position is accountable for steering and enabling sales teams at various properties, implementing consolidated sales initiatives, and managing essential partnerships with hotel owners and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The individual collaborates closely with teams in revenue management, marketing, and hotel operations to optimize overall performance and achieve sales objectives on a market-wide level.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be proactive in sales, adept at leading teams, and demonstrate a strong track record in managing sales across multiple hotel units. The role reports directly to the Regional Director of Sales and oversees Area Directors, Directors of Sales, and Sales Managers stationed at individual properties.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000.
