Job description
Overview
Join a leading food manufacturing team committed to excellence in product quality and operational efficiency. This hands-on position involves working directly on the production line to ensure premium food products meet stringent standards.
Primary Duties
- Precisely cutting and trimming meat to meet set specifications
- Tuning machinery to align with product requirements
- Examining items for conformity in size, weight, color, and packaging quality
- Detecting defects and promptly addressing or escalating issues
- Preparing products for dispatch through packing, labelling, and wrapping
- Supporting stock management including goods receipt and dispatch processes
- Operating machinery related to mincing and mixing
- Upholding rigorous food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
