Primary Duties

Precisely cutting and trimming meat to meet set specifications
Tuning machinery to align with product requirements
Examining items for conformity in size, weight, color, and packaging quality
Detecting defects and promptly addressing or escalating issues
Preparing products for dispatch through packing, labelling, and wrapping
Supporting stock management including goods receipt and dispatch processes
Operating machinery related to mincing and mixing
Upholding rigorous food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
