Role Impact

As a Manufacturing Integrator, you will employ your technical skills to design and manage manufacturing activities that align with the company's strategic objectives and key performance indicators. Your role is pivotal in fostering collaboration across departments including OFM, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure efficient operations and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams such as production, OFM, engineering, warehouse, and quality assurance to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Create and apply strategies aimed at boosting production efficiency, minimizing waste, and elevating overall productivity.
• Oversee production timelines, detect bottlenecks, and develop solutions to fulfill production goals.
• Conduct MCSD/MCD risk assessments and prioritize PM completion ship risk evaluations related to tools in the work-in-progress stage.
• Issue notifications about missed deadlines including root cause analyses and estimated revised completion dates.
• Track preventative maintenance activities concerning part shortages, borrowed parts, software, and golden unit status.
• Ensure effective communication among teams to quickly address operational issues and sustain smooth production flow.
• Engage in ongoing improvement efforts and champion lean manufacturing methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production management with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and proficiency in data interpretation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and practical application of lean manufacturing principles.
• Detail-oriented with a keen problem-solving approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Capable stakeholder management abilities, influencing both internal teams and customers on technical matters.

Work Model

The company offers flexible work arrangements tailored to each role's requirements, including hybrid models that blend on-site and remote work days. Positions classified as 'On-site Flex' require 3 or more days per week on-site while 'Virtual Flex' roles involve 1-2 days per week on-site with remaining days remote.
