Role Overview

In this leadership role, you will continue to manage your personal client portfolio while recruiting, guiding, and inspiring a team of skilled financial advisors. You will foster a culture of excellence and play a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion and strategic development, backed by a company with over 175 years of history and a robust support infrastructure.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years in financial services with a proven track record of growing a personal client base
• Must hold an active Life and Health License
• Preferably possess FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses; sponsorship and support available for candidates without these qualifications
• Proven expertise in client development, strategic planning, and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and building high-achieving teams
• Business-oriented mindset focused on long-term growth objectives
• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory
