Job Overview

As the Manager of Service Operations, you will oversee the daily functioning of the service department to ensure workflows are efficient, repairs meet quality standards, and customer satisfaction remains high while fulfilling business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the service department, optimizing operational efficiency and service quality.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt service delivery, handling escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff including service advisors, technicians, and workshop personnel by conducting performance evaluations and identifying development opportunities.
• Track workshop productivity and financial metrics such as labor efficiency and revenue; implement strategies to meet service targets, enhance profitability, and manage operational expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer guidelines, company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks; oversee warranty procedures and service quality control.
• Generate operational reports, analyze key performance indicators, forecast workshop capability, and suggest improvements for service effectiveness and business expansion.
