Manager - Quick Commerce Logistics

Role Overview

Jeebly Technologies, a leading tech-centric logistics and last-mile delivery company focused on fast-mile services across the GCC and beyond, is hiring a Manager for its Quick Commerce Logistics operations based in Noida, India. This position involves overseeing the entire on-demand delivery process, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end on-demand delivery operations ensuring high efficiency and dependable service quality.
• Own and monitor critical operational indicators such as On-Time Performance (OTP), rider earnings, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and strict compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize operational data and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and implement prompt corrective strategies.
• Manage rider payout strategies by monitoring order completion rates, unit time utilization, rider productivity, and earnings.
• Balance fiscal objectives with fleet stability by ensuring payout structures are commercially feasible while keeping rider retention and satisfaction high.
• Lead and guide a team of around 25 members, driving productivity, task distribution, workforce planning, and daily operations.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and shift-level operational problem resolution and address high-priority client escalations efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coordinate with enterprise clients to assess operational KPI outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with UAE Operations to synchronize processes and streamline cross-functional tasks effectively.
• Partner with departments such as Product, Technology, HR, Fleet, and external vendors to fulfill operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in last-mile delivery, on-demand logistics, Q-commerce, or similar high-velocity operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational metrics and KPIs for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication abilities with proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ and handling external client relations.
• Decisive individual with accountability, capable of performing under pressure and resolving critical operational challenges.
• Availability to support essential off-hour operational needs due to the 24/7 nature of on-demand logistics, while primarily operating within standard business hours.
