Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager for Procurement Controlling & Analytics to join our regional procurement team based in Singapore. This critical position supports financial leadership, data analysis, and governance for procurement activities throughout Asia and the wider MEA APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Jointly manage and report on procurement revenue and performance metrics across Asia.
- Consolidate revenue data from multiple countries and profit centers to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Lead coordination of supplier revenue declarations and invoicing in collaboration with Category Managers and Finance teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and conduct monthly and quarterly analytical reviews.
- Enhance automation and the efficiency of procurement KPIs and analytics tools.
- Oversee the consolidation and monitoring of regional Procurement P&L, from revenue through EBITDA.
- Coordinate quarterly performance evaluations involving Asia, China, India, Pacific, and MEA regions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes alongside Local Finance and Corporate Procurement departments.
- Prepare detailed regional financial reviews and budget presentations.
- Manage credit controls, monitor ageing balances, and assess supplier financial stability.
- Administer procurement records, documentation, and supplier databases ensuring governance compliance.
- Facilitate audits by ensuring adherence to group processes and assist Category Managers with supplier Know Your Customer (KYC), dependency assessments, and financial ratings.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement finance, controlling, or related roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with organizational excellence and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications; experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is advantageous.
- Aptitude for working effectively within matrixed, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Previous audit experience will be considered a plus.
