About the Role
Penspen seeks a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager responsible for creating and enforcing safety policies, performing risk evaluations, ensuring adherence to legal safety standards, overseeing incident investigation processes, and providing staff training. This role is crucial in establishing a robust safety culture that protects employees and environmental resources while supporting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess an Engineering Degree in any discipline.
- Hold NEBOSH IGC certification along with other relevant HSE certificates and accreditations.
Experience Requirements
- Accumulate a minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
- Have at least 10 years of experience specifically within the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrated history as an HSE Manager on large-scale Oil and Gas EPC projects.
- Previously approved as an HSE Manager by ADNOC.
- Experience working within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environments.
