Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce diagnostics, capability assessments, and skills gap analyses to identify developmental needs and future workforce demands.
• Develop strategies for capability development including learning frameworks and competency models aligned with organizational objectives.
• Convert business challenges into effective capability development solutions that yield quantifiable results.
• Lead creation of learning content across domains such as Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Governance, and Emerging Technologies.
• Construct comprehensive learning pathways tailored for executives, managers, specialists, and technical staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and updates to refresh and enhance the learning portfolio.
• Collaborate with global EY teams and technology partners to innovate capability-building solutions.
• Assist organizations in preparing for AI adoption and accelerating technological integration through targeted learning programs.
• Design engaging learning experiences combining classroom, virtual, coaching, mentoring, assessments, and experiential components.
• Develop modular educational materials like session plans, simulations, labs, and case studies.
• Utilize modern educational techniques to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Apply learning analytics and measurement models to assess effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.
• Ensure all learning programs meet international best practices and internal quality standards.
• Support business development through proposal crafting, client presentations, and designing capability transformation solutions.
• Contribute to revenue expansion by growing accounts, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities.
• Establish strong rapports with clients and stakeholders in government, finance, and corporate sectors.
• Lead workshops and executive interactions, translating complex AI and data concepts into actionable business insights.
• Monitor project progress, managing risks, budgets, and timelines to guarantee successful delivery according to EY methodologies.
• Drive continuous enhancement based on feedback, client insights, and performance data.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields with solid understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation.
• 8 to 12 years of pertinent experience in consulting, AI and data-led transformations, capability building, and digital integration, including hands-on AI solutions and automation workflows.
• Proven track record managing complex learning or organizational capability projects.
• Experience collaborating with government bodies, large enterprises, or financial institutions.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with proposal creation and business development processes.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Degrees in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related areas; advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD) particularly in AI preferred.
• MBA considered advantageous alongside technical credentials.
• Academic credentials from elite universities highly regarded.
• Certifications in teaching, facilitation, or instructional design valued.
• Relevant AI certifications such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or OpenAI are a plus.
