About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager position is based at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, working full-time to support the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. The role focuses on leading the execution, coordination, and enhancement of end-to-end digital communications involving paid media and lifecycle marketing channels. This includes strengthening communication strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, web/app messaging, and paid media touchpoints, aimed at driving database expansion, audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and fine-tune integrated digital communication campaigns across multiple platforms such as paid advertisements, email, SMS, website/app push notifications, and website pop-ups to maintain consistent messaging across all customer engagement journeys.
- Facilitate customer database growth through capturing leads digitally from paid media, website interactions, events, and on-site marketing activations while ensuring database scalability and integrity.
- Create and execute audience segmentation and communication frameworks to enable more targeted, personalized, and effective lifecycle and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with paid media teams and external agencies to synchronize acquisition efforts with lifecycle marketing and database growth goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement, conversion rates, revenue generation, and database expansion, providing actionable, prioritized insights.
- Prepare data-driven executive presentations, dashboards, and post-campaign reports linking digital marketing outcomes to business objectives such as ticket sales and fan engagement.
- Oversee A/B testing and experimentation on messaging content, offers, timing, creatives, and calls to action across all digital communication channels.
- Work across departments including creative, analytics, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure precise implementation, measurement, and ongoing improvements.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to marketing technology, automation, workflows, and processes that boost efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or integrated digital communications emphasizing measurable revenue impact.
- Proficient with paid media, email, SMS, push notification, and on-site messaging platforms.
- Solid understanding of combined paid media and lifecycle marketing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion.
- Experience in developing segmentation approaches and managing customer data for enhanced targeting and campaign personalization.
- Skilled in marketing analytics and CRM tools, with preference for experience using HubSpot or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical aptitude capable of transforming data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective project management abilities, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Aptitude to work well cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment driven by ongoing testing and optimization.
- Flexibility to work variable hours as necessary to support important events and campaigns.
