Manager - Corporate Development

Position Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join a focused, high-impact strategy and investments team. This role supports senior leadership in managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, commercial evaluations, investment analyses, and other corporate development efforts on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research, commercial and strategic assessments, and investment evaluations independently.
• Support senior leadership in evaluating and executing M&A transactions and strategic investments across multiple industry sectors.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and presentation materials from the ground up to aid in decision-making.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate finance, valuation, or related fields focused on strategic investments and corporate development.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, investment analysis, and developing high-quality presentation content.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision and perform critical analyses supporting business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of delivering insights in a clear and impactful manner.
