Role Overview
This opening is for a Customer Support Executive in a Malayalam voice process for the telecom domain. The role is based at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai, with Teleperformance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to any graduate applicants, provided a provisional certificate or degree certificate is available.
- Strong communication ability is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience is mandatory.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- The role follows a complete day-shift schedule.
Language Requirement
- Malayalam and English are required for this position.
Compensation
- Take-home pay is in the range of INR 16,000 to INR 18,000, depending on performance and experience.
Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Full day-shift role.
- Shift duration is 9 hours, including 8 hours of work and 1 hour of break.
Location
