About the Company and Role
Hyber is collaborating with a prominent global SaaS organization specializing in Cloud, AI, and Cyber Security sectors. This company has decades of experience, generating over $3 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Their well-established Singapore team handles a significant customer base spanning Government and Enterprise sectors.
Role Overview
The Major Account Executive will focus on acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across major Singaporean clients in diverse industries such as Government and Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Core Duties
- Target and sell solutions to the largest organizations in Singapore across multiple verticals including Government and FSI sectors.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, leveraging industry experience and professional networks to successfully close new business deals.
- Foster strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders in Singapore to effectively promote the company's software offerings.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated success in selling to Enterprise and Public sector clients within Singapore, with a track record of winning new business.
- Hands-on experience selling Cloud-based solutions; prior employment with major hyperscaler companies is advantageous.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas over a sustained period.
- Eligible to work full-time in Singapore; sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment with minimal travel required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual package ranging between SGD 250,000 to 350,000, structured with a 60/40 split.
