Luxury Advisor - Fragrance Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold superior guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries concerning products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations that meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise visitors on a diverse range of products tailored to their preferences.
• Demonstrate product application and explain benefits across various premium brands.
• Drive sales, meeting or surpassing line and overall sales targets through expert product knowledge.
• Monitor and track sell-out targets and post-launch sales data at store level.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs.
• Ensure brand compliance in merchandising and maintain appropriate stock levels and replenishment schedules.
• Communicate stock shortages and oversee proper stock receipt processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within fragrance, beauty, or fashion sectors.
• Deep passion for perfumes and expertise in scent profiling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional and polished appearance aligning with luxury brand standards.
• Capacity to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, professionally proficient.
• Experience working with niche fragrance brands and a good understanding of ingredients is preferred.
• Familiarity with clienteling and CRM tools is advantageous.
