Role Overview
This position is for a Loss Prevention Officer supporting store safety, protecting products and assets, and helping customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. The role calls for a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the store entrance, along with a strong focus on reducing loss on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
You will work alongside the store team to help maintain product security and support effective conflict resolution when needed. The role requires a calm, professional approach under pressure, plus the ability to act as a representative of the loss prevention team on site.
What You Need
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, a busy retail setting, or a security guard role is helpful, though not mandatory. You should be self-driven, resilient, comfortable communicating with others, and able to stay composed in challenging situations.
