Live in Support Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Live-in Support Worker to provide comprehensive assistance to clients both inside and outside their homes. This role involves supporting customers with a variety of daily activities tailored to their individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing companionship through meaningful conversation and spending quality time with clients
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and continence support when needed
• Supporting mobility by helping clients move safely around their homes
• Managing and overseeing medication administration according to prescribed care plans
• Carrying out household chores including vacuuming and laundry
• Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for clients
• Running errands like shopping or collecting prescriptions
• Delivering additional medical support with provided training, including first aid and complex care procedures

Role Context

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will care for patients in hospitals, residential facilities, or private homes, helping with daily needs and ensuring their well-being.
