Role Overview

As a Lifeguard at Places Leisure, you will work in an energetic and positive environment alongside motivated colleagues. Your role will involve encouraging teamwork and inspiring high standards among peers while ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool users.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and fellow lifeguards within the swimming and pool areas.
• Maintain strict safety standards and uphold the health and safety protocols of the facility.
• Ensure all pool activities are overseen responsibly, prioritizing user safety at all times.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the facility as required.

Requirements

• Possession of a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
• Ability to swim competently and maintain a safety-conscious attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining professionalism.

Learning and Development
