Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Manager based in Sharjah to oversee lease agreements, administer lease operations, and support property management for our portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis to guide leasing strategies, negotiating lease terms, maintaining comprehensive lease documentation, and coordinating with internal departments and external parties.

The Leasing Manager will monitor occupancy rates, create initiatives to enhance tenant retention, promptly address tenant requests, and contribute to maintaining tenant satisfaction and tenancy stability. Additionally, the role encompasses report preparation, compliance adherence with applicable regulations and company policies, and driving ongoing enhancements in leasing procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing lease agreements including drafting, reviewing, and administration.
• Skilled in market research to evaluate rental market trends, demand, and competitor positioning.
• Background in property management focusing on daily operations, tenant engagement, and facility coordination.
• Experience in designing and implementing resident retention programs that emphasize communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and commitment to full-time onsite presence at Sharjah location.
• Educational qualifications in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines; relevant leasing or property management certifications are beneficial.
• Familiarity with lease administration software or property management systems and proficiency in standard office productivity applications.
