Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee and support comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) operations specifically for Consulting professionals.
- Review and update the training catalog regularly to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely revisions.
- Manage shared mailboxes efficiently by addressing queries and escalating matters when necessary.
- Coordinate L&D initiatives by handling scheduling, participant tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
- Support Learning Management System activities including course creation, enrollment management, completion tracking, and system upkeep.
- Produce and analyze reports and dashboards related to training programs, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Perform ongoing data quality assessments to detect discrepancies and identify areas for process optimization.
- Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to guarantee smooth implementation of learning programs.
- Adhere strictly to organizational processes, policies, and service level agreements to maintain standards.
- Promote operational excellence by driving continuous improvements in processes and maintaining updated documentation.
- Communicate proficiently with internal teams through emails, meetings, and formal reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 4 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development operations, HR operations, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including skills in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
