About the Role
Join West Coast HiFi, Perth's premier home entertainment specialists, as a Lead Installer focused on delivering exceptional television installations across both residential and commercial settings. This role centers on precise wall-mounting of TVs, positioning, setting up, and managing all associated cabling and connections to ensure a flawless finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve inventory from the warehouse and perform TV installations at client locations.
- Securely mount televisions on various surfaces such as plasterboard, brick, and concrete using appropriate brackets and fixings.
- Organize and conceal cables neatly to maintain a professional appearance.
- Participate in training programs covering diverse TV installation techniques.
- Complete installations with a client handover, ensuring systems are fully operational.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, cleanliness, and courteous conduct to represent the company's values.
- Capture installation progress via photos or time-lapse videos for marketing purposes.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in TV and audio-visual installations.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within various environments.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with the confidence to act autonomously.
- Keen to keep up-to-date with TV technologies and mounting solutions.
- Desirable: Security licenses related to CCTV, Intercom, and Alarm installations.
- Proficiency with tools and confident working at heights and with wall fixings.
- Hold a valid Western Australia Driver's License.
- Possess a current visa permitting employment in Australia.
