Role Overview
This full-time onsite position is for a Korean-speaking Gaming Presenter in Toronto, Canada. The role involves presenting casino games live from a studio environment and engaging players on camera. Compensation includes a base salary plus shift allowance.
Key Duties
- Run and present different casino games from a studio setting while appearing live on camera for real players.
- Create an enjoyable, interactive experience for players during live sessions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients.
- Consistently uphold professional workplace standards.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written, along with fluent English at C1 level.
- Ideally 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a service-oriented role, preferably including part-time work; this is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must already be based in the local area and have the legal right to live and work in Canada.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a flexible and can-do attitude.
- Responsible attitude and the ambition to perform at a high level.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a wider team and adapt to changing business requirements, including shift changes and covering colleagues when needed.
- Natural entertainer with confidence in engaging an audience.
