Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Back of House Team Members to join our dedicated kitchen staff. This role focuses on preparing ingredients and menu items with consistency and high quality, while maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen environment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for serving delicious food to customers
- Keen attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and a cooperative spirit
- Proactive in recognizing and completing kitchen tasks without prompting
- Previous experience in similar positions is a plus, though not mandatory
- Available to work shifts any day of the week from 5am to 9pm, showing flexibility
