About the role

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-paced team environment. In this position, you’ll play a vital support role behind the scenes, helping the kitchen stay clean, organised, and ready for service so the chefs can focus on preparing bold, flavourful food.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen throughout the day.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to keep service moving.
• Top up cleaning materials and let the team know when supplies are running low.
• Support the kitchen with simple prep tasks when needed.
• Work in line with health and safety requirements to protect yourself and the wider team.
