Role Overview

As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will help keep hotel operations running smoothly by maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of essential equipment. In this role, you contribute directly to a guest experience shaped by efficient operations and a welcoming hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to the scheduled PPM job cards.
• Monitor the level of the main gas tanks and carry out regular checks.
• Install new equipment whenever required.
• Service and maintain kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry systems to support optimal efficiency.
• Keep records of walk-in freezer temperatures in line with municipal requirements.
• Ensure kitchen mechanical rooms remain tidy, organized, and properly maintained.
• Handle other reasonable duties as assigned, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adapt to operational changes in line with industry needs, company requirements, or hotel priorities.
