About the Company

Role Overview

The Kids Club Manager will lead the daily operations of the children's recreational facility, ensuring a secure, enjoyable, and educational space for young visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, promoting a positive and cooperative work atmosphere
  • Design and execute engaging, developmentally suitable activities and programs for children from six weeks to several years old
  • Enforce all health, safety, and child protection guidelines rigorously
  • Oversee the Kids Club budget, including procurement of supplies and equipment
  • Maintain precise records of attendance, emergency contacts, and incidents
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries from parents and children promptly and courteously
  • Partner with other departments to develop integrated family-friendly experiences and promotional events
  • Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and uphold service quality
  • Assess program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the Kids Club area at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or related discipline preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in childcare, education, or recreation, with minimum 1 year in supervisory capacity
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Creative and enthusiastic about planning and implementing children’s activities
  • Competent in managing groups of children effectively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of child development principles and childcare best practices
  • Familiarity with local child protection laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and childcare management software
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Vietnamese advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with children

Additional Information

  • Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening phases is required
  • Pre-Opening operational experience is essential
  • A proactive and anticipatory approach demonstrating ownership and accountability
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation consistent with luxury standards
