About the Role
INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer to craft attractive, effective digital visuals for client websites and applications. The role focuses on user interface design, visual assets, and web-oriented creative work that supports campaign objectives. The team works with major international brands and operates across multiple countries, offering exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects.

What You’ll Do
- Create simple landing pages using existing templates or by building layouts from scratch.
- Develop email creative and complete email layouts.
- Design banners and other visual promotional assets.
- Build full landing pages based on a client’s existing website or visual direction.
- Prototype and design interfaces for internal business needs.
What You Need
- Practical understanding of design principles, including typography and color theory.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
- Ability to use HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web development languages is a plus.
- Comfort working with UX/UI design tasks.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with other departments.

Hiring Process
