Junior Web Designer

Role overview

INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer to craft visually engaging digital assets for client projects and internal needs. The role focuses on building clear, attractive, and user-friendly web interfaces that help support campaign objectives and meet brand expectations.

The company works with major international clients such as Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, Panasonic, VMware, and Red Hat. Responsibilities

• Build straightforward landing pages using existing templates or by creating them from scratch.
• Design email creatives and layout structures for email campaigns.
• Create banners for digital use.
• Develop complete landing pages aligned with the client’s website style and requirements.
• Design and prototype interfaces for internal company projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography and color principles.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web development languages is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and communicate across departments.
• Prior exposure to UX/UI design work.

Working arrangement and compensation

This is a remote contract role with a five-day workweek (5/2) and an 8-hour workday. The shift runs from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM EEST.

Compensation is paid monthly through invoice-based Payoneer payments, with no delay, and the amount is competitive based on the candidate’s experience and skill set.

Hiring process

• Your application will be reviewed manually by the recruiting team.
• Selected candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager, and this may be followed by a test task or short project.
• Shortlisted candidates will then meet the HR team and/or the hiring manager in a live interview, either in person or over Zoom.
• Final discussions include the offer stage for candidates who are mutually a strong fit.
