Role Overview
We are seeking a Founder's Associate to work closely with our founder in a role that combines strategic thinking, operational support, and right-hand assistance. This position is designed for an early-career individual eager to gain comprehensive exposure to firm operations and rapidly develop by participating directly in key decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate intimately with the founder to anticipate and manage daily priorities
- Oversee calendar management, handle email triage, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare materials for meetings and maintain accountability by tracking action items to completion
- Manage and develop the CRM and content management systems
- Contribute to strategy, positioning, and business development initiatives on actual client projects
- Organize unstructured information into polished, client-ready deliverables
Candidate Profile
- Highly alert, humble, efficient, and composed under pressure
- Exceptionally organized with a strong preference for completing tasks thoroughly
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to shift quickly between administrative tasks like scheduling and strategic discussions within short timeframes
- Trustworthy in handling confidential data
- Prior experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms is advantageous but not mandatory
Additional Details
- This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Midtown New York office
- Salary ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
