Junior Sales Executive

About the Role

Crafting Memories India seeks a motivated Junior Sales Executive based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role demands converting enquiries into admissions and bookings for Cast & Craft Academy courses and the company's B2C casting services.

Key Duties

• Engage and qualify leads generated through advertisements, social media, and referrals.
• Provide detailed guidance on academy programmes, workshops, and casting services tailored to customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate offerings by understanding client requirements thoroughly.
• Conduct prompt and organized follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Successfully convert prospects into enrolments, consultations, and casting bookings.
• Clarify benefits, pricing options, payment structures, and service procedures effectively.
• Arrange appointments for studio visits, home consultations, and casting sessions.
• Keep lead information, follow-up schedules, and payment records up to date.
• Coordinate closely with operations, trainers, and casting departments after a lead converts.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Support opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
• Gather customer feedback and maintain a courteous, professional client relationship at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable making calls and following up, with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Hindi and English communication.
• Experience preferred in education, training, luxury services, or consultative sales roles.
• Familiar with using CRM software, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for sales activities.
• Energetic, self-disciplined, and focused on achieving conversions.

Compensation

The position offers a fixed salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 monthly along with additional incentive opportunities.
