Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budget.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering trusted relationships and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams spanning Product Management, Engineering, AI, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Establish project scope, define timelines, set milestones and deliverables, identify risks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Track project progress proactively, identify potential risks early, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Organize and lead customer workshops, project meetings, steering committees, and provide status updates.
• Support customers to successfully implement and adopt JENLY.AI's solutions, driving sustained customer success.
• Continuously refine scalable project management processes, maintain thorough documentation, and share best practices.
• Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic projects, integrate customer feedback, and contribute to overall company growth.
• Detect opportunities to enhance internal workflows and boost operational efficiency through process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Possesses project management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, planning, and communication capabilities.
• Understands project management approaches well; familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum is advantageous.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English, with German fluency critical for customer interaction and leading client-facing projects.
• Strong systems thinking ability to design scalable and repeatable processes ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Interest in emerging technologies and motivation to leverage automation and AI for workflow and outcome enhancement.
• Capable of independent, high-quality work output without excessive dependence on AI tools.
• Adaptable and flexible, thriving in dynamic startup environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-focused with a pronounced sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Additional knowledge in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Compliance, or other regulated sectors is highly valued.
