Role overview
Helic & Co. is hiring a Junior Project Manager to help steer projects from planning through delivery in a fully remote setup. This position is suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow a career in project coordination and delivery.
What you will do
- Support the end-to-end running of projects, from kickoff through completion.
- Help set up and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, keep schedules current, and track budgets and milestones.
- Keep communication flowing between internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Draft project documents, status reports, and presentation materials.
- Spot risks or blockers early and assist with corrective actions.
- Measure project performance against defined goals and KPIs.
- Work with both Agile and traditional project management approaches as needed.
- Help ensure delivery stays on schedule and within agreed scope.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related subject.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of project management platforms such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- The ability to juggle several priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred background
- Exposure to project delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- CAPM or PMP certification, or active progress toward one of these credentials.
- Experience handling budgets and allocating resources.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
