About Inspire Early Learning Journey

Inspire Early Learning Journey is seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Support team member to assist both the Head Office and various campuses in Victoria. This role offers practical IT experience in a dynamic setting, tailored for individuals at the beginning of their IT careers who enjoy tackling hands-on technology challenges, supporting users, and expanding their knowledge of systems within a fast-evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT assistance to staff at Head Office and campuses.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, iPads, printers, scanners, emails, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and frequently used software.
  • Manage user lifecycle tasks including onboarding, off-boarding, account configuration, permissions, and device preparation.
  • Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventories, asset records, along with basic documentation and user manuals.
  • Offer support for fundamental network, printer, and campus IT setups as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to monitor support requests, hardware procurement, and service fulfillment.
  • Perform on-site visits to campuses for setup, troubleshooting, and small-scale IT projects.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Introductory knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewall and printer configurations.
  • Usage of platforms like WordPress, Moodle/LMS, or GitBook.
  • Interest or experience in scripting languages, automation tools like Power Automate, PowerShell, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, large language models, or cybersecurity.
