Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to partner closely with our CIO and external providers, providing vital IT support within a small team. This position is ideal for an individual starting their IT career who possesses enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to grow and learn on the job. Comprehensive paid training and mentorship will be provided to develop your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily user IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and common technical problems.
- Manage password resets, account creation, and access permissions promptly and with a positive approach.
- Gradually build knowledge and handle Microsoft 365 administrative tasks such as user accounts, email management, Teams, and Azure services.
- Collaborate with the team to support and update company websites.
- Maintain the laptop inventory by imaging, setting up, updating, and preparing devices for user deployment.
- Research IT solutions online, compare alternatives, and share well-informed recommendations with the team.
- Document solutions and produce how-to guides to enhance the team’s technical knowledge base.
- Provide general IT assistance as required, adapting to varied daily tasks typically found in a small firm environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between $55,000 and $60,000 annually, with adjustments considered as skills advance.

Additional Information
