Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Junior HR Executive to assist the Human Resources team in various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and everyday HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules.
- Liaise with hiring managers throughout recruitment workflows.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment and walk-in interviews.
- Handle joining formalities and induction programs for new hires.
- Verify employee documentation and prepare HR documents like offer and appointment letters.
- Keep employee records and personal files current.
- Regularly update HR management systems and employee databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation.
- Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- Address employee inquiries and foster positive workplace relationships.
- Assist in compliance management, including statutory record-keeping and HR documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and assist during HR audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or PGDM specialized in Human Resources is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of HR or recruitment-related experience; fresh graduates with communications strengths and relevant internships are welcome.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of recruitment and HR procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
