Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a prominent fashion retail company for a Junior Digital Designer to join a dynamic and collaborative creative team. This role offers a superb opportunity for a passionate and creative individual with a flair for digital design within the fashion sector. You'll engage with a fast-moving team, working on diverse digital projects, contributing to impactful campaigns, and creating compelling content for both online and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing captivating CRM and email marketing campaigns.
- Designing editorial materials and digital assets that resonate with the brand.
- Maintaining and updating homepage content for UK and global websites.
- Creating site graphics and promotional items to support marketing activities.
- Assisting the Creative team with various additional design tasks as required.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, enthusiasm for digital design, and confidence to experiment creatively within brand guidelines. Experience in the fashion or e-commerce digital design sphere is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital design, specifically in fashion or e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Sketch, or Figma is beneficial.
- Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- A positive, proactive approach paired with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to pitch creative ideas.
- A creative and innovative mindset focused on design excellence.
- Ability to positively receive and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
