The Conrad Hamburg, opened in September 2025, is the first Conrad by Hilton hotel in Germany situated in the historic Levantehaus building dating back to 1912. It is located centrally near Hamburg's famous shopping street Mönckebergstraße. The hotel offers spacious rooms, event spaces, a restaurant with a bar, a large spa area including the city's largest hotel pool and sauna. Role Description

As a Junior Concierge, you will be the first port of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and assistance to ensure a memorable stay. Whether handing out umbrellas during rainy days, securing last-minute tickets, or suggesting harbor tours and walks by the Alster during pleasant weather, you create delightful experiences tailored to guests' interests and Hamburg's unique offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by providing tailored local insights and recommendations.
• Manage ticket availability and help secure event access for guests.
• Advise on weather-appropriate activities like sightseeing and cultural visits.
• Offer attentive, friendly service while working effectively within a team.
• Keep detailed knowledge of Hamburg's attractions and cultural nuances.
