Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery and execution of targeted digital campaigns across social media and programmatic platforms. The position offers an excellent chance to develop foundational skills in campaign execution, optimization, and problem-solving, supporting clients and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, executing, optimizing, and delivering digital campaigns accurately and on schedule to meet client goals.
• Ensure campaigns run correctly and punctually, maximizing revenue through effective problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service and collaboration.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in Advertising Operations or digital trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong interest in the Australian media and advertising agency landscape.
• Proactive work ethic and eagerness to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
