About the Role
As a Junior Business Analyst working full-time or part-time, you will support organizations in enhancing their business processes and systems, while successfully driving IT projects forward. Your main tasks will involve identifying problems, collaborating with departments to define software requirements, and guiding developers during technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and uncover challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders to prepare customer requirements in forms such as specifications, mockups, and models.
- Participate in diverse projects spanning various industries and clients.
- Spot opportunities for improvement in software and project methodologies and assist in deploying these enhancements.
- Ensure all parties collaborate efficiently to meet project objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Strong IT background with a solid understanding of software development cycles.
- Highly structured and analytical mindset.
- Keen eagerness to learn new subjects and technologies and quickly adapt to new contexts.
- Helpful to have technical enthusiasm and knowledge about current IT trends, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Willingness to address and negotiate customer requirements.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
Additional Candidate Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, natural sciences, or equivalent training with extensive professional experience.
- Several years of practice with methods and tools for process and requirements analysis as well as process, data, and software modeling.
- Very good grasp of software development workflows.
- Technical affinity combined with awareness of modern IT trends, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Multiple years of project experience serving clients from diverse sectors.
- Methodical and solution-driven approach focused on value creation in cooperation with customers, adhering to prevailing standards and best practices.
