Role Overview

The Junior Associate will enhance offgen's digital presence by crafting compelling content, managing social channels, and exploring new formats to expand brand awareness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create captivating posts, visuals, and short videos tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Organize and schedule content dissemination, oversee audience interaction, and address comments and messages.
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize content approaches.
• Support marketing initiatives such as product rollouts, events, and employer branding efforts.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, AI developments, and competitor activities to maintain timely and pertinent content.

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar disciplines.
• Demonstrated initial experience in managing social media profiles, either personal or professional.
• Possesses a creative sensibility for visual design and engaging written content.
• Reliable and organized, consistently meeting deadlines and following through.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
• Passionate about technology, startups, and artificial intelligence.
